Sean MacDonald
Anchor Community Church

Sean loves working with students and seeing them catch a greater vision of what God is doing in the world. For a number of years, he led youth ministry at Anchor Community Church including multiple local and international student trips. Currently, Sean is a full-time church leader at Anchor where he attends with his wife and daughter. He earned his BA from Emmaus Bible College in Bible Exposition and Theology, with a minor in Biblical Counseling. He earned his Masters of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology.

Jim Ott
True Charity Community Ambassador

Jim is a school psychologist and became involved in work addressing poverty through his interactions with families in the school systems he served. He is a national consultant for Aha!Process and Bridges Out of Poverty and was involved in the establishment of a Bridges Out of Poverty based program in Dubuque that ran for 15 years. Jim has also recently been certified as a True Charity Ambassador for the Dubuque area. Jim is passionate about applying “Image of God” based anthropology to individual and community challenges including poverty.

Jim has been involved in youth and camp ministry for most of his adult years.  He is a frequent speaker at churches and other gatherings in the Dubuque area. He has been married to Teresa for 40 years. They have four adult children.

Kyle Rains
New Life Church

Kyle is a father to 3 boys, husband to Mabel, has served in the church as a worship leader, part of church planting teams, and most recently as Lead Pastor of New Life Church. He is passionate about the renewal of Dubuque through the gospel of Jesus. Kyle earned his bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Dubuque.
